What this hub works on
Members of the hub work on processes and equipment for food production in the area of resource-efficient technologies, including equipment-and-technological solutions for waste-free agri-processing. The focus includes low-temperature concentration and drying, electrophysical/therm-radiation and infrared heating methods, as well as issues of the energy and material efficiency of equipment and heat and mass transfer. In addition, engineering solutions for producing plant-based functional foods and some aspects of production digitalization (including digital twins) are considered.
