What this hub works on
The hub members' research focuses on higher education governance, leadership in education including distributed and servant leadership, and the transformation of universities in the context of European integration and post-war recovery. They study the interaction between higher education institutions and the labor market, human capital development, university innovation ecosystems, student entrepreneurship, digitization of education, and integration of artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0/5.0 concepts. Attention is also given to open science, scientometrics, and digitization of academic publications.
